Commercial Concrete Repair

If you own commercial property or a business, you are legally responsible for ensuring that your property is safe. Uneven concrete puts you at risk for a personal injury lawsuit should anyone trip and fall on your property. In addition to injury liabilities, sunken concrete can create a place for water to drain resulting in significant water damage to your building. From warehouse floors to storefront sidewalks, our commercial concrete repair services offer a non-invasive solution to level concrete surface areas.

We can fix:

  • Warehouse floors

  • Garages

  • Storefronts

Start Construction

If you choose to move forward with concrete raising for your solution, our team will follow up with a thorough scope of work including a proposed timeline. On your scheduled day, our team will show up ready to get started with a fully equipped truck. Our first step will be to block off the area that needs repair. Next, we drill small holes in the concrete so that we can pump a cement slurry through them. This is called filling the voids. Once the voids are filled, pressure pumping elevates the concrete back to its original or intended level.

Post Construction

One of the biggest benefits of choosing concrete leveling for your repair is that you can get back to using the area within hours. We will patch and smooth out any holes left in the concrete that resulted from the drilling. Then the process is complete and the concrete is ready to be used again. We recommend light use for the first few hours and full use within hours. We guarantee our work and guarantee you’ll be satisfied!
